You can enhance the strength of your dwarfs by leveling them up. For this, you can use the blending mechanism. You need to select the dwarf you want to LVL up, and then select the dwarfs you want to burn. For example, to LVL up a dwarf from LVL 3 to LVL 4, you need to select 3 dwarfs to burn.
